Evaluation
Program/Grant Evaluation
Program evaluation is used for organizations that wish to improve their current services. Often, program evaluation is dictated by funding sources. We can work with a company on several levels of evaluation:
-
Process/Formative: an audit of program operations and recommendations on how to improve them.
-
Summative: a basic summary of participants and their outcomes.
-
Longitudinal: looking at a program over a length of time to see the long-term effects of services.
-
Quasi-experimental: comparing the outcomes of current program participants against a "control" group, or group of similar people who have not received the services.
-
Developmental: a process that combines formative and summative evaluation into a continuous cycle to enable the rapid development of novel programming in uncertain environments.
